Niall Martin Announced as Guest for DAB

…and an Acid Cover of a 2000’s Pop Classic

Welcome to the weekend

In the CTRL Z Newsletter this week, we announce the final act on the lineup for the next CTRL Z event, we have an Acid cover of a 2000s pop classic as Record of the Week, a Classic of the Week that still gives me goosebumps whenever I hear it almost a quarter century on from it’s original release and a great down tempo tune on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label:

  • Niall Martin to Play DAB on 18th November

  • Record of the Week from Hard Ton

  • Classic of the Week from DJ Rolando

  • One More from Chicken Lips

Niall Martin Announced to Play DAB Next Weekend

Niall Martin will be playing at the next CTRL Z event, DAB on Saturday 18th November 2023. Niall is founder and resident of Disco Jukebox and his sets are firmly rooted in the dancefloor sounds of the last 50 years, inspired by 70’s Disco, 90’s and 2000’s House, Acid House, Electroclash and Mash Up culture. We’re thoroughly looking forward to his set and it’s one not to be missed.

Ahead of the event, he also appeared on the radio show this week with an excellent guest mix covering the funkier side of the Acid sound. If you didn’t catch it, you can still listen on the podcast.

Even better, as a reader of the CTRL Z Newsletter, we’d like to invite you to the event on us. Just click the button below and fill in the form for free guestlist access to the event on 18th November. Feel free to pass it on to any friends who want to join you too.
